We are Jaime Bes and Claudia Gozzi, chefs and owners.

Our journey has been forged in renowned kitchens like Koy Shunka, Dos Palillos, Mugaritz, and Pur, experiences that have helped us grow as professionals.

With passion, rigor, and dedication, we created
El Raier as our first personal and shared project, a place where we can express ourselves through honest, contemporary cuisine rooted in the land.

We are driven by respect for the product, the craft, and the environment, and we work every day to offer a thoughtful and cohesive experience.

We develop this project in a privileged setting, Pallars, a land that inspires us and that we consider an essential part of our identity.

Som en Jaime Bes i la Claudia Gozzi, cuiners i propietaris.

La nostra trajectòria s’ha forjat en cuines de referència com Koy Shunka, Dos Palillos, Mugaritz o Pur, experiències que ens han fet créixer com a professionals.

Amb inquietud, rigor i vocació, vam crear El Raier com un primer projecte personal i compartit, on poder expressar-nos mitjançant una cuina honesta, contemporània i arrelada al territori.

Ens mou el respecte pel producte, per l’ofici i per l’entorn, i treballem cada dia per oferir una experiència coherent i cuidada.

Desenvolupem aquest projecte en un entorn privilegiat, el Pallars, una terra que ens inspira i que considerem part essencial de la nostra identitat.
